ELEMENTS OF INCOME:

Hourly Rates of Pay:  CCS consistently measures the market for compensation trends and levels of pay through the year.  We have established a position of hourly compensation just above the prevailing rates in our market areas to support our objectives in Driver satisfaction and retention objectives.  Adjustments to hourly rates are reviewed at six months and one year from date of hire.
